Ordered them on May 31st so I asked them where they were a few weeks later and they said they would "re-post" them since you have to pay extra to track them. Still didn't receive them weeks later.Asked for a refund and she said she would put the request through pay-mate (Australia's pay-pal) and I still never received my refund. So then she asks for my bank info so she can wire me the money YEA RIGHT. So I ended up filing a claim through my bank and my bank gave me the refund and is investigating the purchase.
I actually DID end up receiving them on July 18th and they are not the correct color and they are not very high quality. Not very soft. When you take them apart it looks like they're almost already starting to tangle.
Had to bleach the extensions so they're probably not usable but I guess we will see. Will post and update with pictures.

They do have good reviews on their Facebook but that is because they have it set up to where they have to APPROVE all comments.
